Professional & Art biography
I am a Bulgarian sculptor working primarily with layered wood and mixed media to create wall and free-standing sculptures that explore rhythm, flow, and spatial tension. Active since 1989, exhibiting across Europe and North America; works placed with private collectors internationally. Internationally represented by Macadam Gallery (Brussels), Cube Gallery (London), and Lanoue Gallery (Boston), Breitbard Williams Fine Arts gallery (Dalas and San Francisco).

- Lost Forest (curators’ project) — Sofia Art Fair, 2–5 Oct 2025 – Concept-driven project exploring the shifting boundary between nature and civilization through contrasting media. Along with Daniel Mirchev (wood-based sculptures), the Core 2025 presentation featured established Bulgarian artists: Greddy Assa (Bulgarian noted professor in painting) and Georgi Iankov (The Decan of the National Art Academy in Bulgaria (neon/metal). Continues in March 2026 with expanded portfolio including additional Bulgarian artists. Daniel’s featured work: My grandmother’s staffs (2025), plywood, 240 x 100 cm. Curator: Hristina Bobokova
